Welcome everybody, welcome back. This is episode ten of Goat Talk and I'm here with Alonzo Frius and for this week we don't have our cohost, editor Padia, but we're joined with Abiat Maya, and for this week I believe we have some really good topics. Something that we've talked about a lot in the past few weeks. I talked a lot about with editor about how Chivas is always in the news for something bad, like it was a joke. We would always make his like Oh, we'll happened this week. Will happened this week? Will happened this week? It was the whole Alexei's Bega problem. Yeah, wh not that we talked about a couple weeks ago, and then this week it just is so unfortunate. What happened to do it? Honestly, it topped at all so this week and something I don't know. To me, I'm still like, can I keep processing that? Yeah, because all right. So to break it down, four players were taken off the roster, and so the first, the worst one, which is the theater, we out bindo. He's being used full abuse on some at first people were saying how who's like a minor. I don't know if you read that, but then it turned out that she's actually twenty one now. Obviously, I don't know. It's all medium manipulation, but whatever. I mean. Getting accused, though, is that Shit. That's like bad, especially as a soccer player, and that's like they're still going through litigation, but she was already said he's not going to support him through any of it. They just get eyes completely. And then the other three, and all of this happened at a party too, so that's something that they had been restricted from going to because of covid right. Yeah, as a because of covid because of all the stuff that happened in the past few weeks. And then there was also three players who were there with him at the same party, correct, at the same party. Yeah, to it all. My Gosh. So was alexe span yeah, who, I mean? Doesn't really how many sounds fucked up. I mean, I don't really care. He never even played a single minute in the league. Yeah, yeah, and then Guy Yito, which is kind of starting to see. He was a starter in the past few weeks. He had gained like trust within the coach with yeah, and he was starting over with drown, which is editor's favorite player, but he was getting back on form, like yeah, the wrong time. Yeah, and it is happened then, especially since I feel like it all happened, because do you remember when Chibas had soldom and everybody, including me, everybody, was saying like Damn, why'd you sell? Yeah, I remember you was devastated to her, like Bro, we sold fucking guy, Yito Ducause, like like he was like one of the best CDM's in the league, like in Mexico, like he's he was. Yeah, what's the World Cup in two thousand and fourteen? Exactly, he was. Yeah, he was tough CDM. And then the thing too, with the most famous Joe Jefe's Lope is, also became the messy goner, and that's what I feel like. He never like what a tragic ending. I feel like. Yeah, it's what I feel like would be the ending to his probably professional career. I see it. You think so? You think that bad? I mean it. I see it hard for a team picking him up, like maybe giving them a shot is not out of the picture, but like to be on the team rocking number ten, like on like a big team like Chivas, like that was like the biggest opportunity you can get, I agree, and then having that happen and you don't take advantage of he's fucked up. This wasn't the first time he fucked up, like yeah, and then the more the thing with Chelphis do. He's had a lot of different problems before, like there was one season where he came into training overweight and he was, yeah, in the team, and then there was another instance where he was seeing like at a party with different obscene pictures with women and then he had to like ask the media not to post them. There's been like a lot of stuff, and especially just his main thing was just never living up to the HIPE, like he's exactly numbered four one or two games and then the thing and then look how this the ending. The ending is sad because he just never lived up to the hype. The exactly that. I mean, yeah, maybe putting on the name messy kind no, you know that Shit. I was never really liked people even I mean did people leave that? Did people think he would be that good? I mean, I don't know, like they probably just, you know, the media Mexico likes to just, you know, in flats followed this, but I don't know, maybe if I got to his head where he thought like Oh, like, yeah, like I made it like, you know, the media things of me like as a like the next messy when like reality like he was having. He was struggling, like even trying to get into the starting eleven, you know. Yeah, and that's especially this season. He wasn't playing as much as he would hope to. But that's happened in the past like ten seasons. But then something else I wanted to point out too, was how, all right, these three players, Alex He Spena, Guy Eito and Chophies, they can actually make money off of them. So they're going to be placed on the transfer list. But yeah, Fundo, they completely just terminated his contract. They want nothing to do with him.

He just cut from the team, and that's crazy too, because they paid four million for him and that real bundle, for Real Fondo, and now they're not even going to negotiate with him, they're just cutting from the team. So they're not going to make any trying to make profit or even I don't even think profit. Nobody would pay that much for him. And it's yeah, this market, with the whole covid situation, how all the players prices where value. Yeah, their value went down, and I mean he only had to assist this whole season and it's just crazy, like they lost the tremendous amount of money. But you think it was a right choice? Do you think they should have just cut him like that or try? I mean, I would say yes, because you don't want to take something big like that with on your club, like we saw the same thing with Blu about Medica, when I believe it was Ivrada who got arrested for domestic violence, and they were quick to like say, now he's not a longer part of our team, and they, I believe, either that they let him go or they traded him away to Waklas, school, was only team, I think. Besides, supposedly layone, but I don't think think so. Yeah, but like who would? Who actually wanted to take a mand because, you know, I guess they need, they were and probably desperate for a player, player, especially of his with his name. Yeah, but I you saw how quick I medica was to take action, so I was not surprised that she was would go further and also take the similar action like that, because of how how big of an accusation. That is it's like it's not just all he got in a fight with some dudes. Not Do that's like rape right worst. It's like sexual abuse, sexual assault, is what he's being sexual assault, is he that's exactly. That's just an especially on a club like chivas. Yeah, you can have that, and that's what I feel like it took for them to make that decision, because I feel like I'm mighty Vegata, after I'm in his father sadly passed away, the Xgius CEO. I feel like he would look to his dad's name. He wants to like clean, he wants to have a clean image of the team. Yeah, to take that decision to say, Hey, look, us, we're going to tolerate nothing after all the things we've gone through, and we want to just like have a clean club, a clean squad, we want to have players in the national team. We yeah, not have we just don't want to be known for stuff like this and even though it's happened in the past few weeks, in the past months, like we don't want to have that. Yeah, exactly. It's and it's sad because the squad has so much potential, but they have all these outside of like soccer things that are getting in the way of this club like going forward. You know. Yeah, and it's something that I always stress about, is, like why do players throwed like it's it's the soccer, the professional soccer career is so short, like you only have a career, a successful career, if they for a certain amount of time and don't like don't go out and drink or don't go out, especially when they have these certain regulations placed for for you exactly, and especially if you're not even in the good like yeah, they made playoffs, which we're going to get into in a little bit, but like they didn't. They're not playing the soccer that she was known for. And I mean, yeah, look at other players in the past, like look at Gulipen Yah. Where did he end up? Like a party player exactly, Huli Senya, he he's playing in that whole day. See that he's playing in that new then Pierre and the lea one on Piere, and that's like some like fucking beach soccer. I don't even know what the hell that is. So it's like the like it's like the fourth division. Basically, it's not even affiliated. It's not. I don't know, it's crazy. Looks like Sunday leaks me, though, from the videos I've seen. Basically that's what it seemed to just they have some famous players and then like players like that, and then Jow Malik, who, Oh, yeah, which was Jall Myle was supposed to be like the next like big player come out of Mexico, and he tragically, he was drunk driving and killed two people. Yeah, serving in prison and he was playing in Europe, which is crazy. Yeah, he was on loan in Spain, right, I think it was Spain, portal. He was in for Porto, Porto or and like his careers also, it's they Santos terminated his contract, right, eminated his contract in Mexico. Yeah, there's like no ties to him. So I feel like these players need to reflect and see what happens to them now. Yeah, they it's because I feel like the fame gets their head and they go away from their actual position, like profession, and just start partying too much. Yeah, and they think like I look at all this money I'm making, like I mean, yeah, have fun. I mean you can also have a life, like of course, but then you also have to watch what you do or what you can like the people you're surrounded with, because I'm not saying all right, don't party at all, like just dedicate, yeah, complete life, and especially since if you're playing on a big club like Chivas, yeah, media is always going to be having their eyes on a team like that and their players and just without just, you know, carelessly going to put all this mother and getting attention like that is also not like smart and responsible from their part. Yeah,...

...and that's actually what his WHO's guy you out though, the left bag for Montday, who's also placed from the mexell nationally. He said that. He said that players in the Mexican league and just any any professional player, they have the rocks, they have the responsibility of being on TV, and so kids view them as roll model, so they always exactly watch what they're doing. And that's something that's coming from like how many years in a row has gutta been caught up to mecal national seam? But he's been called consistently. His game is came up, so it was coming from him. And then also what I'm one more I list. I don't know if you seen on twitter somebody say a mexing legend he replied with clapping Emodis when all of her, when they learnt the players are going to be separated and cut from the team. Yeah, see, so he acknowledged that it was good, and that's coming from from one. What I is that's like a legend. He was all he yeah, and his career he was really good. I don't crack, and that's like I don't know. I mean she was as always been known. I mean there was that one time when Amada Rabbo and I went to Medina. This is like years ago. Yeah, they got caught being drunk at a club and then for the official picture of the team, Vagatta made them take the picture on top of the goal post. Yeah, like symbolize that they were like drunk. So I feel like they've advanced as a team in terms of how to like portray it because, like with them, they kind of made like a joke out of it in some way. Yeah, yeah, but then now, like, I don't know, they're making moves, but I mean I don't think. I feel like they did the right choice and say yes, Sam, I don't know, it's just another just another Chiev us, another Chieva story. Yeah, and going in you think how about, or so they are. They're no longer part of the team. Do you think that that would affect Chiev US chances going forward now into an Alligat makey's playoffs or rapper chocket right now? Yeah, so they're going up against NICKOCSA, which they beat in the regular season. They beat them two to one. I don't feel like it affects them that much because, I mean I feel like, all right, number one, Ile Se Spinia, none doesn't even count. He would never even know. Yeah, he was a never Rosser guy, though I feel like it does somewhat, a little bit. I mean, Betron and Molina, I believe, have that position covered. Same thing with chefies. He didn't even he doesn't make a difference. He never did, he was ever going to anytime soon. And then the Alpando. He would, I like how he played sometimes, but he wasn't consistent, especially with yeah, I for and especially, I don't know if you remember, how he would play Nica. He came from Nikcsa and yeah, yeah, that's how we became like no, so he got it. Yeah, that's where he got it. You know, his his start. You know, like are very got that tension from chief US there. Right. Yeah, so I feel like not, not really. I mean I think they I think they advanced. I think they beat Nikasa actually, and both, like you think, I think they had to make it to the but I don't know if they're I don't know if they're going to be any of the top four teams. Okay, so, but you do think that they do make it past this rapper chocket? Yeah, I think they've been the COCCA and then looking onto the other rapper chocket games we have on Terre Puebla, who do you think comes out on top of that match? I think on terday. Yeah, no brainer there. You know, we got, I mean but l one, the sometie or manual. He's had a really good season. But I think with the day they have a lot of good players and they started, you know, picking up were they kind of left off that season. It took them a while. Yeah, I didn't expect them to be this low on the table. Basically, how well they play that season? Yeah, I but I gets I don't know, they had the champions hangover, you know, where they kind of lagged it from a bit. But I do think. I do think they also they come out on top versus Pela and then we got degre as to Luca. I feel like that's going to be a good matchup. I think that's being real. I feel like that's the closest game out of the four Repechage Games. Yeah, I could do too. I still think. I think. Do you think there is? I think to yeah, okay, I don't know. Mana is that team that every year due. They're like, dude, they're like stacked and yeah, yeah, you act the HA. It's a that's a reliable goal scorer. You know he'd be. Any team would fucking be desperate to have them have a player. And something about this Toucca team. They always find a way to switch it on during the playoffs. You have a yeah, they might be well with pressure, they do well, but to God knows how to move his team around in the pressure and they if it's succeeded for the past few seasons because they've always made it, made deep playoff runs. Yeah, I agree. Sadly, though, no, as a water guys, he's yeah, I seen he's going to Brazil, but yeah, like he was a good player, but I feel like they needed to get rid of a a couple players because they...

...they had a lot. They are they had too many. I still I don't know. I kind of wish he'd at least finished the season. I feel like he was a strong super sub. You, as you would say. You know he he's someone that you can rely on from coming off the bench. But I know how they thought in they just felt that his time was you know what I mean? Yeah, they because he was on there for a couple years, and I feel like, yeah, he like when he first got side. I remember how big that was, fir since he was coming like from Europe. Yeah, and how everybody like it was like a big deal, because that's when a round the time where Tata's making all these like really big signings. But I feel like also them having Little Fernandez. Oh Yeah, they have ANA go from loan and also like Nico Lopez. I feel like they overtook all that playing time from from a later guess, from other water guys. Yeah, yeah, so I think I think the either is but I mean even when they play in the regular season, it was three to two. They had a close game to Luca one, but I feel like it's playoffs, as you can turn yes, you're going to turn that switch on different ball game. And then the last upper check the game we have is centospect UKA. Who Do you think comes out from there? I actually think about Chuka. I even lily came out lower on the in the regular season. I think they beat Santos, I think if they I feel like so one of the players also beat the ruse man who didn't play the whole season. Oh Yeah, back and I feel like they just also have really good squad depths. And I don't really trust Santos because Santos they lost to like all the big teams, like they lost a Leone, they lost the cress would they lost to America. So, yeah, in the playoffs, I don't know, I think they're going to crumble. Yeah, well, yeah, it is that. It would be. Would be a close game as in terms of, you know, who's better from you would say like the worst teams. I I want to say Santos, but I kind of feel about Chuka because the same thing I feel like, but Youka's more complete. They're probably not raw, but they're more complete of a team. You have like like solid players like Bourrit rnandez play. Yeah, like he's not raw, but he's like saw, like he's yeah, he's like good enough to help you win. Yeah, exactly. And then it's crazy to see how I feel like a lot of people also didn't know like the format they were using this year. So, yeah, yeah, I don't know. Like this season twelve teams made playoffs instead of eight, and then the bottom only the top four went straight to playoffs and then the bottom was going to play at Pitcha Hey, which hasn't been seen in years. So I feel like that also, it was like a money grab because, I mean, they even yeah, it doesn't need to recover money. So having more playoff games beats more television rights, more everything, even though they're more ads, more money. Yeah, and though they were trying to have people at the stadium, which I don't think is going to happen anymore, but they were still going to have I mean that television audience is going to help a lot. So, yeah, all that money lost from last season I didn't end up getting finished. Yeah, and it's interesting when they announced that it was a twelve, twelve team playoffs in a sense, because I I see like the four teams kind of like how, and then I felt it's like they get a bye week if you finish top too. Yeah, that's how I see it, that they get up by week, but they get the actually risk. Yeah, I think it'll be interesting because then I feel like it gives more teams a chance to, you know, get some playoff action that they probably had gotten before in a while. I mean watch you guys. People hasn't made the playoffs in a long time. So I mean, I'm happy. I'm happy for that, even though they I mean they came in eighth play so that was pretty good, even if they would have been the top eight teams like it regularly is every year. Yeah, they would have been playoffs, made the playoffs. That was yeah, that would that's still a good though. That thing it looks better, you know, being able to finish top eight, even though he had to put check it, because then you can have like, okay, we would have still made playoffs regardless of this. Yeah, it's like all I like. Yeah, it's like, Oh, I didn't need help from this new playoff, you know, format make it, because I do. They would have got so much shit if they would have finished in that like nine the line, hundred twelve. It look back, oh, man, like they get enough shit as of now, even for me, like I would have probably gave Shit. I don't have high helps for them, but I mean, Hey, as long as we may play out, I think they're gonna be a lot. I mean we lost these four players and I feel like even even a couple more players, I feel like we're going to end up leaving. So I feel like we're going to end up getting a lot more players in the next winter connections for window. Yeah, we'll see what happens with that, but yeah, that's my other my predation for this Mexican league playoffs. Yeah, it's gonna be interesting for this year. But yeah, we'll see how it goes. And so then we got so, speaking of Cheev as, we got the x givas player, to Chelly Tornandez. Sadly, his team out. The Galaxy was unable to reach the playoffs after having lost to Seattle sounders at home. That's that's sad. And then I mean you you think I something we talked about earlier. To me and you how to...

...me, I don't think Ellie Galaxy is that important of a team anymore. Yeah, I mean they we see, hear Ellie Galaxy fans saying, Oh, we got five mls trophies, you know, like we own la like this is our city. We're still the best franchise and MLS. Historically, yes, but in the most recent years they haven't done anything besides with slap. You know, solt that. I feel like that was the most recent successful season and they still didn't win mls. The idle. Yeah, and then weren't even clothes. They weren't. Yeah, they well, but even weren't called off. His champions not even conflished. They was at that was a I think it was the semi finals versus LAFC. Yeah, and then they and losing to Vella exactly. So it's like I don't see how much like it's it's a bad look for La Galaxy as a team, but also I feel like it's just a bad look on the sense hot they thought to Chey thow was going to be that man to replace lap, then it would have been dope to see that, but we it's like we know that she chey, though it's not on the same level as lat that and he couldn't. He wasn't around for much of the season, which I feel like. I feel maybe played a part of it, but from the Games that we saw to Cherry Thornandez. He just did not seem how the Chichelli tornand this that we would see growing up. You know what I mean? Yeah, no, I agree. And then also to like, come on, now, they average. They're averaging. I mean they have still have another game left that's coming week. Well, look, they have twenty two points in twenty two games. They're averaging one point a game like that. That's I haven't played good all season long and I'm sharty. Thought he missed a couple games with that's something we talked about last week. Last yeah, I mean, he just don't know. I just don't feel like I like galaxies that important. But I mean we'll get to see at least Vela. Vela came back and this vella came back. That would be interesting, and so that's yeah, it'll be interesting. I feel like they can make a great playoff run with a hell, with the healthy colors well back. I don't know if it's deep enough to get on that title. I feel like I've seen a couple games and their defense has been a little iffy, because, but I feel like that's what every MLS team like. The defense is never like a hundred yeah, so, I mean I don't know, unless we see a cardos laugh from like last season. It'll be hard, he knows, coming off an injury, but that'll be interesting. And then something also one to last thing I want to add about the MLS. I feel like all these American players too, I feel like they're gonna step it up in the playoffs because of the last US men's national team roster. It only featured players in Europe except, yeah, Paston Lega, which only join the team because the whole covid situation with Josh jargent. Yeah, they're going to try to step it up because they want to get that call up, especially if all these Europe pay and players do really well in the next two games for the U Yeah Team. So I'm kind of excited to see how these American players do in the MLS playoffs. Yeah, they're they're definitely going to play a lot harder. I mean I know I would seeing that how I like if I wasn't like a former MLS player who's been called up for the previous yeah US Games, don't get called up at all. But I also see how maybe the coach is kind of want to give caps to those young players. They're going to go up against Wales. I think that would be a great, great matchup experience. Yeah, obviously not a big team, but a decent European team for these like youth players to give it a shot. And then they got fun Im after that, with which I think that's just you know that that should be an easy win for United States. But yeah, I mean I feel like the punt on my game only helps him, because those are the type of teams they play in for their World Yeah, flying, Uh Huh. So, I mean that gives some some sort of I guess leeway has to say that's the way. Yeah, get to play them. We I feel like I want the Wales game. I feel like that should be really good. That should be in a game. I this is where they should just take advantage of their call ups and we should see a young, hungry US squad try to fight back and show the world that they're ready here to compete. Yeah, from soccers is move on to basketball real quick. We got some news that the NBA season will actually resume December twenty two, right for Christmas, and it's a short end season, seventy two game season, because they want to finish and wrap up the season right before the Olympics in Tokyo. Yeah, that'll be very interesting. And then, but before that, leave we got free agency, November twelve. Yes, never forget that. Free Agency is going to be a good one. We got some big names. We got, I'd say the biggest name right now, even though I feel he's going to resign, would be Anthony Davis. Come on, is that even? Come on, he's as playing with the Lakers. He did want it. Okay, yeah, he's ship. I feel like. Okay, we're talking about big names. I would say like Anthony Davis, you know, because he's technically a free agent, though, even though he has he will reassign with the Los Angeles Lakers. I'm come...

...on, who wouldn't? You have a brown on your team? You just won the title. That's like a no brainer. Something else I want to I think Brandon Ingram is going to resign with the publicans with a really good contract. Oh yeah, they got they got a new head coach, I believe, to right. Yeah, yeah, so that's a new project. I feel like. Yeah, he would also be very willing to stay, you know, and try it out with Zion. They get a whole season to play with each other with a new coach, that we should see how they progress forward. And I'm calling the now a Lanzo ball most improved player of the year. I'm calling everything, I think. So I see him winning that, I could see because he had a good he got he has some good Games in the bubble, you know, and he got up with this girl, he got back with this girl. Did you think that he's gonna give them that? Gonna make them like ear honey play? He's gonna give them that? Michael Porter? Dude, I don't know Jamal Murray Bro now, but I feel like that's an extra motivation, you think? I think he's gonna get that motivation, but Don'Mal Murray. Oh my God, if you know, you know. Yep, if none of y'all know what we're referring to, if you want to look it up, that chill up, but I'll be suggest not to because is, you know, that's other than basketball, and explain how that happened. Oh, I did. I feel like somebody else is really big. Andrew Drummond. What do you think he's gonna do? Oh, I think that's a big I feel like that's a big free engine for any team looking for a center. I think he's going to go to a contender. I don't see him signing with any other team that's not a contender. He's been playing good basketball for a couple scenes now and I feel like he's going to want to compete for a championship, you know, Dude. And then you seem like remember the start of the season and especially like he was doing hell a good, like he was a top player in the NBA for like a couple weeks. Yeah, he was. He was balling out. He and he, I've seen videos this do working on his three, you know, but ain't the same as a gym, you know, as on the court, but he's putting in work to try to get picked picked up by a good contender. We also seen, I would say, Fred Vanvleet. That's that's I'd say that's another big creator. I want to see him on the Lakers. I think he'll do good on the Lakers. You think I replace? What's his replace? Danny Green? Any Green fucking sucks. Oh my gosh, do it. He was throwing brakes all the finals. I don't see him. If I were the Lakers, I would not resign him. Got A fucking ring exactly he got. He like, yeah, he's Danny Green, he has championships, but when you look, he hasn't bawled out the way he did as when he was on the Spurs. I feel like that was the best version that we got to anny green. Yeah, but a couple years ago. Yeah, I was years ago. But yeah, I don't think that he would resign for or the Lakers would not want to resign him. Either way, they should, I see. I see them signing Fred ran fleet. That would be a good signing because he's a good score and he's a good ball handler. He leaves those transitions hell a fast and that's what that's what like got help. He was a vital and keep player for the Toronto Raptors and winning that Twenty nineteen NBA finals. Yeah, I feel like that was a really good term out for his career. Like I feel like that transition his career from like he's an average player to a really good player. Yeah, he went from who is that drake looking dude, so like damns, a baller, yeah, to like Fred Van Blee, where everybody knew his name exactly, I say. Or we got Damarta Rosen, has yeah, I was about to say to I mean I would wish, if I feel like, if raised on Rondo leaves, and then who else is their point guard? Well, Danny Green, the you they use called a Pope Bra follow up hope. Get Road of Danny Green, get rid of I think raised Ronald should go. You think I I say he stays. He it's because he's a leader, he has experience. I think. Get rid of Quinn Cook. Yeah, hell, yeah, dude, this dude. I don't know how why they even pick him up, to be honest. Well, you think, who you think the Lakers have cap space for a Damarda Rosen contract if they get rid of Danny Green and, I'd say, Quinn Cook and maybe another player called will pope, I would say. I would say I think they do. Would have enough cap space. Maybe. If not, there is a luxury tax that if they go over, they would just have to pay. I mean I don't know if they owners would want to do that. We see teams like warriors who they are spending millions on luxury tax. But I was reading an article how that since they were just no going to be no fans, that there's going to be some exceptions. You know...

...it's going to go down. But for the Lakers, I feel like they could clear up cap space for Damarda Rosen and if you really wanted to be there, he went. It takes to a big contract and I feel like he ends up, I think he stays with the Spurs. Honestly, I don't see why he did. I think so because, I mean, they need because who also other than Damarta Rosen, who's your big name player on the Spurs? Nobody really. They're just young, they just there. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, but I mean from what I from, like you know that we've been hearing about NBA rumors. Umar Dear Rosen wasn't really happy and Spurs, because then I never he I mean you seen how like his speech and everything when he left Toronto. Like I feel like he never even wanted a player, but they did. It was a trade. He couldn't do much about it. Yes, that's what I'm saying. He's like one of those players too. How I really respect he's gone a lot. He's gone through a lot with like depression, anxiety. He's one of the front runners of the League who have spoken out about mental illness. I respect yeah, totally so I feel yeah, man, just if you're not comfortable in the Spurs, which I think you're going to stay. I don't know, man, go look for somewhere where you're going to be appreciated, somewhere were real your love for basketball again and and hopefully we see him balling like he was on the raptor. I've better mean shocker, I don't I wouldn't be surprised if Fred Ramvleet leaves raptors does go somewhere else. Oh, and then the Rosen clothes back, I feel the Rosen. That would be cool to see him with the raptors. Don't know if if the raptors organization would pursue that, but I mean with Kauai gone and maybe friend Vanvleet gone, I feel like you could form a big three with him, the Rosen and Pascal Siakam. That would be who see, I'm feel really good to he really changed great players right, even though he underperformed, I would say, in the playoffs, in the bubble, but he has proven to be a like good player and he can have some good games. You know, we saw that in the two thousand nineteen NBA finals. But I will see how who'll see how that happens, how that goes. Latin the last player. Want to talk about some we will take a drackets, the point guard for the Miami he he's awesome. Oh yeah, Freez a free agent. What do you yes, yes, Um, I would say he is. Probably. I'd say he's staying on eastern team. I don't see him come in to the West. He is kind of injury prone. Now he had he what? He isn't bawling like he would. He had a good season, I'd say, but it's a good season and compared to the most recent seasons that he had or he kind of was just there. He wasn't having breakout games. He was having decent games and this season he kind of elevated a little bit. But because, you know, Jimmy Butler and we had tyler hero, we had Bam Adebayo. You know, he had some he had better players to work with. So I could so that maybe that's why he played better, because he was Miami's leading scorer in the playoffs. Yeah, it's surprisingly over Jimmy Butler. Yeah, but I mean, I don't know it. That's a good that's a free a good free agencyone saying yeah, so really good point guard that's in the market. Yeah, and exactly, I feel like, if I feel like also Jimmy Butler, is that to have a player to tell the front office like hey, like, look how far we got this season, like we gotta keep players. If anything, I feel like maybe they sign somebody fits. You just see they need they need an extra, they need another key player, you know, because, Huh, gianness really as a worst that I'm like, Oh, hell no, but I it's hard, Dude. It's hard to say because, I mean, who would who would you trade for Jean is? You don't want to trade any of the young there's who were key rolled her playoff run. So I mean that's hard and I'm pretty sure Milwaukee's not going to take a cookie and freaking water bottle for for Gean this do. They're gonna want some big draft picks and maybe one or two good players for Gianna. No, ICAUSE I don't agree. That's MVP right there. You're not going to just let him, you know, walk exactly. But if there is, if he were to leave, I feel it would be through a trade, because if he waits out his contract, Milwaukee would not want to do that and let and walk without getting nothing to return. Yeah, so they're gonna THEY'RE gonna lose. I mean, who were the Milwaukee Bucks before you honest, I think that's what they're going to become after he leaves. They were really nobody before. Gian is maybe fighting for that eight seed, trying to get into the playoffs, but prege, honest, they weren't really a big NBA team. You know, G honest, really put Milwaukee on the map of terms of basketball, and I so that that the east is going to be really good the next the next, the next season. Can Nets the nets? Yeah, Kadi and Kyrie healthy. Yeah, if, if the next can stay healthy, I could see them making Eastern Conference finals. Damn, Damn, near NBA finals, because when that boy Katie healthy, dude,...

...he'sa Gonn a small league. Yeah, nobody can stop him. You touched on I just got one more free agent from here, La Lakers, Dwight Howard. He's a free agent as well. I see that. I seen that, but I don't know. I mean he was a good I don't know. He was one of those like you said about raised on Rondo. I feel like he was the same way he was a crew rutual like veteran player. I mean I think they could do without a man, as you think, if they have Jaail, you think without you no McGee, if they have javell McGee, healthy and consistent, like I mean not Javel McGee like from the warriors, but like even yeah, a little bit more consistent and help. But that's the thing with Jael McGee you run the risk because he has a respiratory problem. So even with the Lakers and with the warriors he could never play a full game. They would have to play them in little first yeah, so I feel like losing Dwight Howard if you have Jamo McGee off the for who's going to be your other dependent shop blocker? You know? HMM. So, I mean I don't know that it's interest. That would be interesting. Where the coaching stuff would want to go with that. They'd have to change. They have to at least sign another I don't know. Think who would you think? Lebron want them to leave? Well, the Wan White Howard Leave Lebron? Yeah, especially if it's the guy. I say. The Front office says, all right, we got to get rid of one veteran, Dwight Howard or raised on Rondo. I feel he would. He would want raised on Rondo to stay. Yeah, I agree. Yeah, I don't think he would. Not Want to keep Dwight Howard over rage. I wouldn't even want to keep our raised on Rondo. Do not, like it's the Duetour from like the magic yeah, I did. That's if it's like. If it's, that's why Howard, obviously, but it's not. And he had a better season than before. But I still don't think it's enough for me to choose him Rondo and the depending on their impact, you know, but it would be interesting. Will be interesting. We'll see how it goes. Yeah, some other news. We got canello operas becoming a free agent. Yeah, this is like big, this is like huge, like I wish I could have an episode just on this topic, like we saved the best for last. Even I think this is the yeah, this is bigger than the chief as news to me. So yeah, THY Canello Oliver is. He became a free agent after being released from his contract with golden boy and his own and so, all right, so, getting from the start. So at first this seemed like love at first sight. This is he was at the time. The contract he signed for eleven fights in two thousand and eighteen. It was the biggest contract ever by a sports athlete. It was three hundred and sixty five million. Yeah, he he secure the bag, he secured the bag and then covid happened, fucked everything up, and then he ended up suing for damages of two hundred and eighty million, which all of that he hadn't received yet. Uh Huh. And he knows from his contract, from his contract. And so now he became a free agent after a couple what, I think it was like a month or two, of litigations, and they were never able to reach a settlement, as they were never able to reach an agreement. Yeah, and the just with covid that would step agreement was probably super hard because there was no intake, no income of money that they could get because there was no fighting. And that's something that, like, I talked about with editor on one of the episodes. Two were it's like knello man, like, all right, you're guaranteed that. Like he was guaranteed that amount of money when he signed the contract. But what sports contract or sports and Organization or sports media or anything was like having the pandemic in mind of how much money they were going to lose, like it exactly, like it was common sense that, dude, you got to take a PICA. But I mean he's being Canello. He wanted to have his guarantee amount of money, and that's something this own just was not going to do, especially the type of thing that Cannello is, who always has packed arena's, all that money they generate from a exactly attendance. It's crazy that, because that's where the whole contracts are cleated about all we it's he's the biggest boxer at the moment. I agree, and they really is a fan packs. Fans are going to pack Minas no matter who he fights. Yeah, that they had no covid in mind, and that's what I feel Canell albrest failed to under you know, to understand. But I can also see why he would want that money because and it was a contract in the contract is a contract. But I mean to I feel like he just found a way to get out of it because in the coming he's had problems with golden bully in Astar Deloil for like months. I think it's been like a year two that he's he doesn't even speak to USC you to Lawya, and that's like his promotional company. Yeah, its finding a way, and this was like the best way because he actually had he had a really good lawsuit going on that had really good like stuff to depend like he would have watched it, like he would have won the lawsuit. Who would have proceeded in court? Yeah, he had it. Yeah, it is he had he had enough to win what he was fighting for. Yeah, and so I feel like he was just finding a way to get out of his contract. And I mean he did it. I mean because then also, he never lived like his disonn contract, wherever he was saying like Damn, like that contract is huge, going to get really good fights, like all the middleweights were signed with the zone at the...

...time, like really good. Yeah, and then look, his first fight was against rocky fielding for a secondary title to easy. Next fight, his next I was pretty good. He unified titles with Danny Jacobs. Actually, that was probably when I was like that, I closest matches. Yeah, that was one of the good ones. And then thus third one. I mean, I gotta give him credit because he beat a bigger guy and Sergey covlet for a light heavyweight title, but it wasn't same. Covlet. That fun. Yeah, Kovalb, fucking for five years ago, would have killed Canello. Yeah, those he's I mean I give him credit. He fought a bigger guy. KNELLA was a one moving up, but it was an old cola. Coval of even said he wasn't like a hundred percent for there. You could see that. You could see that in his fighting. You could see exactly. So I mean, I don't know. I mean in my perspective, I mean Canellos thirty years old. He's young. I feel like he wants to just follow the footsteps of Floyd my weather, who, in his later part of his career, he did the exact same thing floyd metal. Floyd Mayweather was originally signed with top rank, Uh Huh. For those who don't know, famous from WHO promoted a Maddie Pack? Yeola Minschenko. Yeah, I'll marcus. And then he ended up becoming a free agent as well and he started his own promotional company, money team between the money team, and then he made the most money like that. He became, yeah, voice ane. He may whether through that, become being a freezing and then he would sign his network deals. He signed a network deal with showtime and that's where you would have all these pay per views. And then I think that's what I think that's the route canell's going to do. I think he's going to probably sign with either ESPN, pay per view showtime. He had a lot of good fights. The highest, his highest pay per view fight against me, whether there was on showtime, and I don't know if you were. I don't think. I don't think he works again with his own. I don't see that. Yeah, I don't see that either. I feel like the zone, I feel like the own failed the hype of streaming for Sports, you know, paying so like sign all those athletes. I feel like they failed, like from what the hype of that was building around them and never lived up to it. Yeah, and then this whole thing didn't help either, like, especially like Golove can never really got and then the thing is too like that's the main fight desown was pushing for, was Kannello, glove can three. Yeah, that fight. They were there. Are Feeding on that. Yeah, and that was a mate. Well, I was one of the important reasons of the whole lawsuit to was that just zwn wasn't approving fighters because they wanted him to fight Glove Cain and yeah, and then that's why he will cannello wouldn't. Wouldn't get, I feel like, the fighters he would want to get. You know what I mean? HMM, are the fights that we all would want to see. You know, we didn't. What. Who is he? Why is he finding this rocky fielding dude, you know, like, I'm really just that was just to get us a title at one hundred and sixty eight. Yeah, like, yeah, I know, I agree. Was a trash fight. Like we wanted to see like some good fights. You know that we got people paying twenty a month, but we went out. We don't want to see this where we want to see some good fights. But then, I feel like their whole like response to your argument, the zone had was like, all right, you're paying something a month, when you're also not paying that eighty a hundred just for one night of boxing. Like you're paying that monthly fee, but you're also getting a lot of fights every month, every week and every month. That's true, but I feel like that. But it's Canello, like I feel like the majority of his own subscribers were for Canello. Yeah, because you because, yeah, they had bought, had fights going on, but they weren't big name fights enough, like you know, to get Canello type number viewers and to watch. And I feel like that's why Canello's I could live without this Z own, because I know I'm going to get those followers on pay per view match. You know I'm still going to get that money because we're quet Cannello fights. Do this, all the eyes are going to be on him. Everybody's going to tune in, no matter where he's on, especially with Loman Chenko losing. I feel like Canello just became that number one. He became the number one on a lot of paper found list. HMM. We're going to continue to see that. But then, I mean, his next fight is going to be trashed. I'm calling it right now. He's because he want. He said that he's he has to fight and he's going to fight in December, which is only like hellow noticed. Yeah, so he's gonna fight next month and it's going to be a trash of nobody's gonna want to fight them on a month's notice. Being Canello, he so I just gonna be some I think it's one of two people whichos are going to be IBF champion at one hundred and sixty eight, Caleb plant, who's twenty. No, I think that's probably one of the fights that is most doable, especially because Caleb plant is cheap in terms of money that they would have to pay him for that fight to go through. Yeah, and I mean it's on PBC, he fights. He could probably fight on Fox pay per viewer show type of review. Just make like a one fight deal for Canello and Huh. They also said that he had already received the call from Canelo. He he would accept. I mean that's his biggest that's his biggest fight of his career. I don't think if you yeah this one, even if you lose a fire you, I mean I use lost. Yeah, and especially like he being a he hasn't...

...been champion for that long and he would probably want to get that money grab. And then, I mean if he believes in myself, because he has a really sad story too, with this whole his daughter passing away. Like he has a really good storyline. He's a really good I mean, but then the fact too, he's a really good boxer. To me, he's a really good boxer. He's not much of a puncher, but he's a he's a good enough boxer to maybe keep up with Canella for a bit. Yeah, and then somebody else, to who I think, I don't know something that they were I don't know if it's gonna happen or not. So it's some guy named avene yield drim. He's the number one contender for the WBC, which is vacant right now because Benevita's lost the belt. Yeah, no, and his last fight, so he didn't make weight. So that title is vacant and especially with Canello's influence with the WC, being a Mexican fighter, being a Mexican belt, I think maybe he fights for that, because that fight was under negotiations and they were going to when he was still go the boy. Yeah, but then they kept getting postponed, the negotiations because of the lawsuit and because all the stuff that was going on. Yeah, yeah, that would be do. That would be would be like a first round knockout. Dude, you you think you're he's He's twenty one in two, but not known at all. I don't know. It's just first round knock out if you fights him. But I think those are the only two, especially being a one month notice notice, though, I feel like those only two. Yeah, so we should we shouldn't expect like a big name. But I mean after that I think he should fight maybe even drama charlow at one hundred and sixty. He can fight probably column Smith at one hundred and sixty eight. There's a lot of options after this, but I think for the for the time being, right now, don't expect anything of him in its first yeah, maybe around singing. The mild time is when we usually see some good fights. Yea. Hopefully, you know, will we all be able to watch? Maybe a few fans. Hopefully we can get even some fans in there, you know, make it even more electric. But I hope we do see a Canello fight pay per view or design where I put that Shit where we want. We're going to watch it. It's gonna be good. But you think, what do you think Oscar to Lahoy is thinking right now, though? He lost his biggest fighter. He's I mean, who bro Yeah, he lost his I'm feel he's sad. Do I mean you lose Canello Operas, do you? That's the biggest name of boxing right now. You know, I mean, did you can make up for it and he arguably has the most markabit all fighter. Don't tell me, Ryan Garci. Yeah, Ryan Garcia, King Rye. I mean Bro, that dude that did that. Guys all social media brow unless you until he proves who he's, like he can box with some big name fighters, you know. And then his fight, his biggest fight, just got I think it was a yesterday. It just got postponed because Luke Campbell tested positive for a covid Oh yeah, yeah, it's post post he's was a fight December five and now that's going to be probably moved a month, I think, to January. But I mean, I mean maybe the most Markablele we just had tank Davis Knockout Leo Santa Cruz on pay per view, so that was going. So maybe. I don't know if Ryan Garcia even has that big of a name. I don't know. We'll have to win stop to see. His career is just starting. But you know as a right now that dude ain't nothing but a social media influence. Are you know, hanging out with all them tick talkers like dude, you simp over here with Charlie Demilio, like Bro, we want to see you in the ring where we don't want to see you talking. You see that video? Yeah, Dude's like I heard, like Bro shut up. Hell no, because I mean, I mean, other than that, I feel like golden boy, I mean depending on Ryan Garcia, which is he's he has the same trainer as Canello. I feel like he's going to end up leaving Golden Woyd think probably drawn KNELLO's if kindella makes some promotion. You think? I think so. Yeah, that's how I that's actually something. Yeah, I feel like he's probably going to be under Kanella promotion soon. But then, I mean they have they have virgil or teas, which to me is the best prospect, the two thousand and nineteen ESPN prospect of the year, and to me, I also think he's the best prospect in boxing right now. So I feel like they should maybe just, I feel like this's just move all their like attention to virtual or teas, which just signed with advising company MTK Global, which is really really big too. So we'll see happens with virgil or teas and we'll see what happens with Ryan Garcia. Yeah, we'll'll be interesting how going the boy moves on forward after KNELLO.
